Troubleshooting – Playback

The content on my video wall screens is not lining up.

Try adjusting the zoom parameters of the displays in question. Please contact local IT or your hardware/network vendor.

My display is black; however, my media player is currently powered on.

Restart the players that are displaying the black screen.

If the problem persists there is a bad cable or the display input is incorrect. Try switching the display input (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc).

The images and/or video on my display look fuzzy or distorted. Why?

You may have uploaded a low-resolution image or video.  Be sure that the images or videos you use are set to a resolution no lower than the size that you wish to display on the sign. Typically the total resolution for a single screen is 1920×1080 pixels.

My weather is only showing ‘n/a’. Why?

Be sure to define your location details within your media player settings. If the location is set and the issue persists there could be a network connectivity issue.
