Counter App


With our Counter App you can quickly and easily set a countdown or count up from a specific date. As the days pass your counter will increase or decrease automatically. Set it up once and it will do the updating for you!

Accessing the Counter App

  • Select Apps on the top orange bar of CommandCenterHD.
  • In the apps page search for Counter
  • Select the Counter App icon

Configuring your Counter

  1. Within your the app select Add Counter to create a new counter
  2. In the edit window fill out the below information
    1. Name: This is the name of the Remote Image the app will create
    2. Count Type: Countdown or up from a specified date
    3. Relay: Choose MediaBridge for your caching option
      Note: If you’re without a MediaBridge select CommandCenterHD
    4. Timezone: Set the Timezone this asset will be seen in
    5. Font: Choose type and format
    6. Color: This is the color of the text the app will create
    7. Set Digit Count (Optional): Choose between 1 and 4 digits
    8. Show Message (Optional): Show a message before the date, on the date, and after the date specified. 
  3. Select Save Counter once complete
  1. Select the eye symbol under preview to preview your counter.
    Note: It can take up to 20 minutes for the system to populate the first preview. 

Adding your counter to a slide

  1. Create a new campaign or edit an existing campaign.
  2. Select Media in the toolbar
  3. Select Remote Images
  4. Find your counter and drag and drop it to your slide
  5. Once added to your slide you can resize on the bottom right-hand corner.
  6. Select save once you’re finished editing your slide.
