Account Manager

Seeking a highly energetic and motivated sales professional with self-sufficient instincts. The ideal candidate has exceptional personal and relationship skills, as well as the ability to manage a variety of customer types. We are looking for someone with sales or service-industry experience, who is personable and enjoys interacting with clients and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Schedules and attends client meetings as directed.
  • Drafts client quotes and contracts through Salesforce.
  • Conducts product demos for existing clients, resellers, and partners.
  • Develops and manages prospect client base by setting appointments and servicing prospects via telephone and personal contact.
  • Evaluates needs of existing clients and manages first tier escalations.
  • Applies knowledge of products and services, and demonstrates benefits and features as needed.
  • Prepares written proposals to include required quotes and assessments of prospects needs.
  • Consistently hits his/her commission goal on a monthly basis.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills:
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Superior business and negotiation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding individual sales targets and quotas
  • Ability to organize, plan, and successfully manage multiple customer accounts concurrently
Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Support Assistant

Administrative Assistant

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for working directly with the Director of Sales on a variety of day to day functions. The most basic of which is the scheduling of meetings, creation of quotes, assigning and managing tasks for the wide array of opportunities and partnerships in works at any point in time. The second primary function involves following up with the partner channel as well as key opportunities to ensure that all tasks are up to date and all needs are met to both clients and partners. The Sales Coordinator is expected to be fully capable at fielding simple and advanced calls and filling in for the Director of Sales should the need arise

Duties and Responsibilites
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with customers and partners
  • Organizing business information, such as contracts and renewals
  • Meeting minutes, agenda follow up, and managing high profile software trials
  • Maintain and report on active opportunity pipelines
  • Generate reports as specified by management
  • Other duties as assigned.
