Highly energetic and motivated sales professional with farmer instincts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional personal and relationship skills, as well as having the ability to manage a large variety of customer types. We are looking for someone with sales or service-industry experience that is personable and enjoys interacting with clients and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Schedules and attends client meetings as directed.
  • Drafts client quotes and contracts through Salesforce.
  • Conducts product demos for existing clients, resellers, and partners.
  • Develops and manages prospect client base through setting appointments and servicing prospects via telephone and personal contact.
  • Evaluates needs of existing clients and manages first tier escalations.
  • Applies knowledge of products and services, and demonstrates benefits and features as needed.
  • Prepares written proposals to include required quotes and assessments of prospects needs.
  • Consistently hits his/her commission goal on a monthly basis.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Strong computer skills including familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding individual sales targets and quotas
  • Ability to organize, plan and successfully manage multiple customer accounts concurrently
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description/Responsibilities
  • Liaison between development and organization
  • Familiarity with PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Responsible for internal testing of new features and functionality
  • First line of defense to vet internal bugs from Support and QA
  • Work independently and as a part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team atmosphere
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with Web applications (RESTful), web servers and relational databases
  • Additional passion for Windows, Linux, Containers and more a plus
  • Any knowledge of audio/video hardware and software would be a plus

  • Desire to learn a broad range of platforms (both software and hardware)
  • Ability to maintain deadlines and schedules
