Leadership
As Chief Operating Office, Craig is responsible for establishing internal goals, budgets, strategies, and scalability. He is fully involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, consults with staff on performance objectives, monitors client performance, sales, software selection and develops work flow enhancements to keep the company running smoothly and efficiently.
Prior to working with Industry Weapon, Craig founded Adroit Concepts, a full service interactive design and eCommerce development firm. During his eight-year tenure as President of Adroit Concepts, Craig successfully initiated and managed hundreds of application and website development projects in the United States and abroad including the rapid deployment platform that today powers our digital signage initiatives.
