We typically have customers up and running within an hour. However, if you need a refresher or hire new staff, training sessions are free as long as you have an active CommandCenterHD subscription.

• 2. Does it cost a lot?

No. CommandCenterHD subscriptions start at $750 per license per year, which includes unlimited users, unlimited training, access to the CommandCenterHD Marketplace, unlimited media storage, unlimited support, free upgrades and much more. Discount pricing is available for volume orders.

Yes. Casinos, Government Agencies, Medical Facilities, Research Centers and Financial institutions are all customers of ours. If they can trust us with their multi-media and messaging, so can you.

CommandCenterHD works on any PC, Mac or Linux-based machine running the Firefox web browser.

• 5. What kind of files can I upload to CommandCenterHD?

You can upload images, videos, flash and remote images of varying file types. You don't need to worry about converting your files for digital media publishing, we take care of it for you. And if you're a "Pro" user, simply tell our system that you don't want CommandCenterHD to process your file, which will allow your file to pass through to the digital media device untouched.
